the outdoor onsen was peaceful, providing a magical experience. the hotel's interior was often times beautiful. the food was good, and the buffet offered a decent variety, including alcohol. free karaoke and private bath for 40 minutes was a perk.
The hotel needs maintenance and repairs as the carpet had big stains and bugs in the bathroom.

Great traditional room, awesome onsen experience, and beautiful location. I loved wearing the yukatas provided by the hotel while exploring all the facilities, including the indoor and outdoor onsen. The journey to this city was long but worth it, and the Kamakura light festival was a fun highlight. The hotel's bus service was helpful, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
For us, it was ideal.

The traditional room was a unique experience with lovely yukatas provided. The onsen was enjoyable and offered both indoor and outdoor options. The hotel staff were friendly and offered help with transportation.
The location was remote, with limited transportation options after 5:10 pm. The hotel is in need of maintenance and repairs, including stains on the carpets and little black bugs in the bath.
